Training market Rhine Erft

Frank Rock, Stefan Starke, Rainer Imkamp, Mustafa Yaman, Reinard Lorenz

Last Tuesday, the District Administrator of the Rhine-Erft District, Mr. Frank Rock, and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Brühl Employment Agency, Mr. Rainer Imkamp, visited us here at BOLL & KIRCH on the subject of "Innovative Education". They were welcomed by our managing director Mr. Stefan Starke, the head of HR Mr. Mustafa Yaman as well as the training manager Mr. Reinard Lorenz.
On their tour to the training companies in the Rhein-Erft district, Mr. Rock and Mr. Imkamp collected ideas and impressions of how the companies in the Rhein-Erft district are positioning themselves in the increasingly difficult search for young talents and thus shaping their future. In a very constructive and pleasant conversation, a variety of ideas and approaches were discussed by all involved. In particular, the respective different sides from politics and business were included in the future procedures.
How does the company prepare for the future shortage of skilled workers, how can politics and the employment agency support it? It turned out that we as a company are already well positioned with our cooperation with schools and the resulting wide range of courses for school classes and internships. Mr. Rock and Mr. Imkamp were also very impressed by the targeted search and the resulting range of apprenticeships and courses of study in the direction of digitization and Industry 4.0, as well as the future measures in the context of personnel development at the Kerpen site.

Our direction is right.

But we are not resting on our laurels; instead, we still have a wide range of ideas from HR to reach Generation Z in an even more targeted manner and to position our company for the future. Politicians and the employment agency have promised us their support here.
