The desalination plant on the Hat Island relies on BOLLFILTER for seawater prefiltration and to replace its sand filters.

Our BOLL automatic self-cleaning filter is in place at the desalination facility in Hat Island. It replaces a sand filter which was not opearting as efficiently as required.

Our solution offered better reliability, while solving the water loss and start up concerns at a more affordable price point. The automatic filter also flushes less often and loses less water during backflush. Ultimately, more efficient solution to operate and own!
