Simplex strainers are particularly advantageous where systems or filters can be deactivated using shut-off mechanisms. They are primarily used to protect system components against contamination.
Depending on the application, you can choose between different housing materials and types of filter elements. Our simplex strainers are characterised by a compact design, a minimum number of components and a user-friendly cleaning process and meet the requirements of both liquid and gas filtration.

Simple steps to clean your filter

Simplex strainers are easy to maintain. Before starting the cleaning process, the filter chamber must be depressurised and the housing cover removed. The filter element can then be easily removed, rinsed with a cleaning fluid and thoroughly cleaned of impurities using compressed air or the optional ultrasonic cleaning device.
