Background

BOLLFILTER supplies duplex filtration systems to replace high-maintenance hydrocyclones for the cooling water circuit of a data center's cooling towers.

BOLLFILTER Solution:

The duplex filter is designed to handle a flow rate of 4,300 gallons per minute, providing reliable and continuous filtration during critical cooling operations. It features a 2,000 micron rated basket that effecti8vely removes large particulates, protecting downstream equipment and maintaining optimal system performance. Custom-built to fit within a very tight space, the duplex filter design allows for uninterrupted operation while one basket it serviced. A patented single point handwheel for changeover operates all four valves. The filter baskets are interchangeable with multiple filtration ratings and include a locator feature for quick, accurate installation. 

This duplex filter combines robust construction, operational flexiblility, and user-friendly maintenance features to deliver long-term reliability and superior filtration performance in critical cooling applications.
